Prest Animation Schemes

Is there a way to change the default settings on the preset animation
schemes? For ex: fade in one by one fades in everything under the primary
bullet and I would like each bullet to fade in separatly. I find it very time
consuming to do each slide individually using the custom animation.

If you want bullets at every level to fade in separately and apply it to all
slides, you can do it in the slide master.
Click View > Master > Slide Master.
Then, select the text placeholder.
Click Slide Show > Custom Animation.
Click Add effect > Entrance > Fade.
Double click on the first effect to bring up a dialog box.
Click on the Text Animation tab.
Under Group text,
Click on the dropdown and select "By 5th level paragraphs".
By doing so, the text at different levels will fade in separately.

See if it helps.
