Powerpoint Viewer

I've been attempting to download the "Powerpoint 2003
Viewer" without success. When double clicking on "Go",
it appears to start for a second or two and then nothing
else happens! Nothing shows up on either the desktop or
under "Programs"

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
