Power Builder 4.0

I have attempted to run power builder on xp-pro. I have
DL'd the following: ".NET Framework 1.1" & "ODBC.NET
data provider". The program still will not run. It
provides the following: "'Application Error' DB32W
caused a general protection fault in module
<unknown>040f:3/4[][][]DB32W will close." HELP PLEASE!!
