Possible to uninstal non activated XP?

Hi,

Is it possible to uninstall a copy of Windows XP that has not yet been
activated? I had just purchased a new base unit about a week ago and
setup for dual boot with Windows 98SE which was original on th C
partition, I forgot to load the motherboard drivers for Win 98 before I
installed XP. I came to boot up on 98SE last night and of course it
can't find any drivers.

What I want to be able to do is go back to 98SE and load the drivers
then instal XP again for a dual boot option.

Driver installation on 98 has no bearing on a dualboot XP operating system.
How is XP stopping you from loading drivers in the 98 install?
