popup knocksme off

popup reads Internet exporer has encountered a problem
and need to close.We are sorry for the inconvenience..it
request you close which takes you back ..you lose
everything.. I have had luck moving it aside..but now it
just freezes up so your off anyways..what can I do? I am
a senior citizen trying to keep my mind sharp(so my kids
tell me will happen)
