popup blocker

I have a mysterious popup blocker preventing popup windows
from appearing.. this is good some of the time.. but I
need those windows for certain apps. I think it is
happening in IE 6 can someone tell me how to disable that
feature??

Go to Tools at the top tool bar. Click on it. Then choose Pop-up Blocker.
You may choose "Turn Off Pop-up Blocker" on the sub-menu.

in ie tools,options,advanced, uncheck 'allow third party
browser extensions,apply. then scan with spybot from
safer-networking.org and update and scan on easy to find
this mysterious popup blocker. also use googles popup
blocker toolbar.google.com basic install.
and in ie tools,options,advanced uncheck both'enable
install on demand,apply.
