popup blocker installation problem

i have a serious problem with popups on my computer. i had a good popup blocker but for some reason i uninstalled it. i've tried other popup blockers but they're not the same. now i want to install the same one i had, and this message comes out
"An error ocurred during the move data process: -11

i went to the folder specified in that message, but, i really dont know what to do there. the popup blocker zip file comes with a file data1.cab like it says in the message. the program is completely uninstalled. please help. thanks in advanced.

Are you sure that the old pop up blocker was totally uninstalled? Sometimes
uninstalls don't uninstall cleanly. Open Windows Explorer or My Computer,
and see if there are folders or files for that program that weren't deleted.
If so, delete them. Open the registry editor and search for any mention of
the program. If there are, Delete them. Also, go to your Temp folder,
usually:

C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name\Local Settings\Temp

If that folder is hidden, in either My Computer or Windows Explorer, click
the Tools menu, click View tab, and select the option: Show Hidden Files and
Folders.

Once in that Temp folder, delete all files and subfolders, leaving the Temp
folder empty. Then reboot your system and try to install again. If there
are still problems, go to the maker of the software's web site, and see if
there are any links for troubleshooting installs, or support FAQs.
