Does SP2's Popup Blocker disable Google's Popup Blocker?

I was wondering if SP2's Popup Blocker disables Google's Popup Blocker? The
reason I ask it seems since installing SP2 it does not seem to be working
like it did. It no longer shows any increase in Blocked files. SP2's
blockers seems to be working as I get notified by it when it blocks any
popups.

while i dont know if this is the answer....what im about to say is only my
guess....mvp's tell me if im right:

imagin that the pop up blocker on the google tool bar is a wall that blocks
popups. when pop ups come, they hit the wall and dont get show to your
computer, and google logs them in the counter. now imagine, that after you
installed sp2, a bigger wall was put up, in front of the google toolbar.
when pop ups hit it, they are blocked, and they never see the google tool bar
"wall" . since the google toolbar never see's any popups, its log never
increases. hope that is a good enough explanation for ya!

No it doesn't on my system.

If SP2's pop-up blocker stops a pop-up, the Google Toolbar won't
even know it happened, so it won't react, at all.

I have the pop-up blocker in SP2, Google Toolbar, and Adwatch all enabled
with no problems. I get no popups, but didn't with Google running by
itself.
