Blocked Popups

I am trying to enter a web page that uses Pupups, but get
a message that the popup was blocked. I used to use a
popup blocker, but uninstalled it. How can I allow the
popup?

Most pop up blocker programs have a key that you press
and hold when you click your link to allow the next
window to open. Most of the time is it the <Ctrl> key.
Try that next time you get a blocked pop up message.
