Needed popups won't popup

On many sites that have popups for larger images I can't get them to
popup, even with the popup blocker deactived.
As an example, on the US Mint site:
http://catalog.usmint.gov/webapp/wc...ctId=13900&langId=-1&parent_category_rn=10111

when I click on "click here to view larger image" all I get is a
momentary image of of the outline of the popup then nothing. Anyone
else have this problem? I'm sure it's just an obscure setting
somewhere but it's sure a pain in the butt. TIA.

I should have mentiones I'm using XP Media Edition with IE6 and 1 Mb
memory.

Possibly you have some other program that affects the ssue, such as Norton
Internet Security.

Tnaks Tonto but that's not a problem. No Norton products of any kind
on my computer. Nor McAfee. Thanks for your input.
