HP PSC 1205 - can i refill ink ??

I have the chance of buying the HP PSC1205 all-in-one printer for £50
Argos -

Thing is, can i refill the cartridges myself if i buy the ink ?. There are
no ink resetting chips etc ???? And finally, is it worth £50, on the basis
that i currently have a Canon S200SPx printer ?
