Pop Up Windows Terminal

We are running an ingres client on our Windows 2000
terminal server that should provide clients with a pop up
window prompting them for a username and password.

Only problem is that the pop up window appears on the
server console and not at the client end!

Any ideas?

Did you install the client while the TS was in "install mode"?
If you did, then you have a textbook example of software that is not
TS-compatible, since it puts the pop-up window in session 0.

The server was in install mode when we setup the client.

The strange thing is that the rest of the client appears
to work OK. If we enter the login details at the server
console when the pop up appears, the client then loads
normally at the remote desktop side.....
