pop up when computer boots up

Every time Windows XP Pro boots up, I get an annoying pop up box that tells
me Windows has disabled a device driver that will cause windows to become
unstable and that windows has prevented this driver from loading. When I
click to check further, it says that this driver may have been installed by
Easy CD Creator, Real Player, or Windows Media Player and that it may cause
the CD/DVD Drive not to work.

I dont have Easy CD Creator installed nor do I have Real Player howerver, I
do have Windows Media Player 10 installed.

I dont care if it does whatever it is doing because everything works ok as
far as my Player is concerned........I just want to get rid of the pop up.
Any way to do that?
