Pop up or Child Windows

Hi,
Anytime I click on a link on a website and it opens a new
window with the information, it does not open a complete
window. It just opens about a two inch bar with the
maximize, minimize, and close button. How do I change the
settings so when it needs to open a new window, it will in
full screen?

Steph,
Stretch that second window out to the desired size- don't use maximize.
Close other IE windows. Close that window last.
