pop-up in windows defender

Windows defender shows pop-up stating that there have been changes to the
registry so I allow/block but the same pop-up keeps appearing (same name
install).How do I stop this repeat action?

Have you done a quickscan of the system? This sounds like something is
running that is repeatedly attempting this change.

What's the name--what is being installed?
