pop-up blocker

I have Roadrunner. When I try to compose or send an email, the words, "A pop-up window was blocked." It appears in the bottom left corner of the screen. How can I stop this so I can compose and send emails to people?

I'm a bit :confused: but realise it's :D ;) to put in loads of :thumb: :nod: so i'm:user: away, this is really:cool: but must say:wave: before i go :wall: thats all folk's:nod: :bow: :lol:
