Pls help: setting e-mail defaults when people "reply to" your messages

Roady, or anyone else, could you please help me

I have Outlook 2000. I asked how to change my reply address, when someone responds to an e-mail of mine, so that the prescribed reply address pops up instead of my sending address. That is, if I send an e-mail from (e-mail address removed), I want someone who receives that e-mail to, when he or she replies, have a *different* e-mail address pop up in the "to" field, so that the reply gets sent to another address (let's say, (e-mail address removed))

Roady responded that I could go to "Tools -> Services -> doubleclick my account to see the Properties and change the address"

Unfortunately, this did not work, because the directions from Roady did not correspond to what came up when I tried this

I got as far as Tools -> Services, but then hit a wall. Upon clicking Services on the drop-down menu, I got a window with three tabs: Services, Delivery, and Addressing

What am I supposed to double click? Under the Services tab, I tried to double click the "Microsoft Exchange Server" line, and I got another window with four tabs: General, Advanced, Dial-Up Networking, and Remote Mail

There didn't seem to be anything under any of these tabs that would let me type in an alternate sending or reply address

Roady, or anyone, could you please help me from here

You can change your sending address here as well and not just the reply
address. You can change your sending address in Tools-> Accounts (or
Services, depends on your Outlook mode)-> dubbelclick your account to see
the Properties and change the address.

"reply to" my messages, the e-mail address that automatically pops up in
their reply message is different from the one I used to send my original
message.up, so that my recipients do not need to keep track of changes in my e-mail
address. Can anyone please help? For the life of me, I can't figure out
how within Outlook to set this as a default.

If Microsoft Exchange Server is your only mail service, you cannot change
the default Reply to message. Only the Exchange administrator can do that.
You could, however, use the Options button to change the Reply To on each
individual message.
