PLEASE, SAVE ME: Generic host error (svchhost.exe)

Please help to resolve.

After XP start up, a few minute later, i receive error that Generic Host
Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenience.

Please help.
i can't work.
I have only one program opened : Visual studio .net 2003
