need help for Generic Host Process for Win32 Services eror msg

Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and

to close.We are sorry for the inconvenience

Description of problem:
have the above error when open IE for the first time.Brownser will not
show
any thing. Thus I close it, the error mesage appears. reopen IE, can
show
web page. The start bar will turn white color. The wireless connection
will
slowly loss speed.eg 50Mbps to 33Mps and then to 1Mps and no signal.

failed restore and cannot do a savewhen windows shutdown. I have to do hot
boot shutdown.
pls help
