please help

I have a problem. My internet explorer and IM shut allow
me to be online for 5-10 minutes and then turn off.
Certain webpages are very slow to open and some I cannot
access at all. I ran the worm blaster and it said I did
not have the worm. Now I don't know what to do. It's
driving me crazy! I can't even check my email!

Check for spyware calling home.
IE 6.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.
