damm internet explorer

ok i can't open more than one browser window. happaned
after w32.blaster worm got in. got blaster worm out of
computer and that is when it started to happen can't go to
the update website to get the new software my internet
explorer does not work when "help and suport center" is
running. auto-protect won't come back on. i downloaded the
ie6 sp1 update no good then the rest with automatic update.

so can any one help me.....

p.s will Windows xp spia (express) help in any way

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts".
