Ok everyone here is the issue , If you can figure this out you are going to
be a hero.

We have multiple computers here 50+ with anything from Windows2000 sp4 to
WindowsXP SP2 updated fully. The problem we are running into is very random ,
when our users search for a flight on expedia.com specificly the browser on
random machines will crash with a iexplore.exe error pointing to a ntdll.dll
file error.

I have gone through all basic troubleshooting and even advanced
troubleshooting as far as clearing cache and cookies , disable 3rd party
extensions , full updated virus / spyware scans , hijack this checks and
removals , updating ntdll.dll and mshtml.dll files. However i do not believe
this is a system issue as much as a internet explorer issue because on the
same machine with firefox the flight search works fine.

here is just one of the errors , BTW this is on the CORPORATE TRAVEL of
expedia

I have done everything from .bat files to repair internet explorer and here
on out. I have went into advanced options turned off the SEND URL as UTF-8
and when that happens Instead of getting the error on internet explorer it
just closes , so i changed that back so i wouldnt further the issue.

If anyone has any ideas left besides the obvious ones of reformating and just
using firefox , please provide some feedback as most of us here are stumped
on what the issue is.

We have also ran blaster worm fixes , registry checks and so on.

So if there are any geniuses out there with some further information about
this would be great.
