Hi there,
since the recent auto updates, I cannot use IE for more than
a couple of minutes before it crashes with the usual
"Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience." message. The usual error is something to do
with ntdll.dll ie:
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.1217 Offset: 00033905
There are other errors in mshtml.dll, kernel32.dll e.t.c. Is the
information above what is needed to identify the problem? If not, what
should I be providing? I ask this as I have not received a single answer in
the last week.
