I get the same thing also.. most of my dll crashes are
mshtml.dll, but ntdll.dll is up there too.. i PAID for
microsoft support and they basically said to wait for
service patch II next month.. 'bought the onlt intersting
thing they did to help settle down the computer is to
regisiter a bunch of .dll's (regsvr32)

..hey george this mite help. I was getting this too and it was caused by
norton antispam!! When I disabled pop up blocking and add blocking, the
problem went away. It always seem to happen when I was looking at a flash
player related object or Clicking on a video link at any given website.
windows media player would come up, play for a minute, and then close the
browser and then reopen on the same url(or website) I was on. The error
message you are getting is the same as mine. "Internet explorer has caused an
error and needs to close " Error ntdll.dll
