Please help,OE was deleted,

A friend of mine's.. Outlook Express was deleted...how
can she get it back,without downloading Internet
Explorer,all over again?..She has windows-xp an
IE6.0 ..When I put it in search engine..it brings up
sites where I can go,but, they all say to download IE to
get it..Can anyone tell me how to put back the OE without
downloading IE
