Windows XP Please Help me !!!!

My Computer Have problem on desktop no Icon, no shortcut no taskbar, no fold is blank, everytime I start windows it open Explorer auto.
On title bar Local Disk ( C: )-Hacked by Godzilla

I would like to take this opportunity to explain to some of these people that when people spend thier hard earned money on a nice computer it is private property.These people who spend thier time compiling these little programs of destuction believe they are intelligent but they are nothing more than common thugs that should in fact be arrested by police for damage to private property.I would also like to mention that every computer that is used to compile data leaves a data imprint that is like a fingerprint and cannot be removed.This can be used to trace the file and if found can be used in a court of law.
