I can't receive incoming emails from my outlook express.
It says to check the server and my server is correct. I
don't know what the heck to do. This is why I didn't
want a computer because I'm sure it's something so simple
and I just don't get it!

Until you resolve your issue, you can check your email using
a web-browser. All ISP's have a Webmail page. The mail is
read directly from the server so when you resolve the issue with
OE it will download all the mail from the server.
If you cannot access you mail with the webmail, then the problem
may not be on your PC, but with the providers mail servers.
