Please HELP - logon problem

Hi,
I have a domain logon problem I can't find the answer to and I was hoping
someone could help me get this stores machine logged in!

I cannot logon as ANYONE to ANY domain or the local machine. I have tried
all known usernames and passwords to no avail. I have deleted and re-added
the domain computer account also. It has network connectivity [i can ping it
by IP or DNS name], the WINS server shows it as having an active
registration, DNS shows the correct [dynamic] entry... I have verified the
machine account name, etc many times. I can't check it's ability to resolve
DNS because I can't logon....

The machine is W2k logging into a W2k domain with AD.
It was recently moved from another domain so the login has the entries;
1. OldDomain
2. NewDomain
3. ThisComputer

I built this machine and KNOW the only local user account is "administrator"
+ my admin password. The domain admin password on the old and new domains is
the same also. Yet, I cannot logon to any domain or the local computer as
administrator OR another user.

Logon messages [by domain/computer] -

NewDomain-> System Cannot log you onto this domain because the systems
cvomputer account in it's primary domain is missing or the password on that
account is incorrect;

OldDomain-> System Cannot log you onto this domain because the systems
cvomputer account in it's primary domain is missing or the password on that
account is incorrect;

ThisComputer-> System Could not log you on. Make sure your username and
password are correct.....

The only thing I know to have happened is a power outage that outlasted the
UPS and the event logs indeed shows an unexpected shutdown.... something
corrupted maybe?

What else can I do? I have already deleted and re-added the domain computer
account etc...

Thanks for any help! greatly appreciated!

Try this...
Use winternals erd commander and reset your admin pass.
Once you have you local admin back just remove the pc from
all domains and the re-add them. Good luck.
