In Internet Explorer, go to View > Text Size and choose the suitable text of
your choice from your listing.

In Windows, Right click a empty spot on the desktop and click Properties >
Appearance > click the "Advance" button and in the "Item" list box select
the areas that are too large and choose suitable size.

Try reinstalling your video drivers. Since we don't know anything about
your system or if the fonts were ever good (and if so, what changed),
it's hard to give you a specific answer. If you were noodling around
and "changed something", do a System Restore to before that time.
Otherwise get updated drivers from the video card mftr.'s website (not
from Windows Update).

How about working a little bit on grammar, spelling and punctuation?

Right click empty desktop space.. Go to properties...settings....reset your
screen resolution and color quality to whatever the optimal setting is for
your display.
