playing video in left frame

Someone turned on the feature that allows you to play a
video in the left frame of a webpage while doing other
things on the right. Does anyone know how to turn this
feature off. Using Windows XP with IE 6.

You are referring to your Media Explorer bar? Press Alt-V,E,M
Or just replace it with another Explorer bar
and then toggle that off (e.g. Ctrl-h,Ctrl-h)
