Pictures not loading, and I have already read other postings on how to fix it

I have already been to this site in the knowledge base
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=283807
and it does not fix the problem. I would not be writing
this unless I have already searched for other people whom
have had this problem, and it seems many of the problems
I have had with script errors and pictures have alreadt
been addressed.
Can someone please write back to the post and let me know
of another work around because I do no have the toggle
image loaded onto my computer since it is a IE5 tool, and
I am running IE6 with the latest SP's and updates. Is
there another version of image toggle that can be used
for this, and why when i select show images on page from
the tools menu do they not show.

Replies need to be posted here, as I have been spammed
many times from posting questions before, and I have
supplied a phony email address.

Out of curiosity what ISP are you connecting with? I
have found several people on this board, along with
myself that are having issues with images not being
displayed since upgrading to SBC Yahoo DSL. If that's
the case, I have no fix but it seems to be apparent the
issue is in SBC's Software.
