Pictures on Web sites are pixelated and blurred

When ever i go to a web site the pictures are blurred or
pixelated but if i right click i am given an option to
Show all original images or show original image. but it
does not perm fix the issue has any one else had this
happen??

If you're running Windows XP, there is an issue with DPI settings.
