When sending photo email, I am unable to get my "special feature" from
Windows to provide me with my dialog box:Make all my pictures smaller. (I am
automatically send to an email with the photo to full size) What adjustments
can I make to my computer settings?????

To get this function back:
Click on Start, click on Run and type the following in the textbox:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
Note that the is a space betwenn ..32 and SHI... and also there is a .
between ...GVW and DLL
Then press the Enter key.
This will take a second to run and you should receive a "success" message.
Then try your e-mail again.

=============================
For the resize issue...

Try this, maybe it will restore the option:

go to...Start / Run and type:

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.

A dialog box should report the following:

"DllRegisterServer in SHIMGVW.DLL succeeded"

===

Maybe these articles will shed some light
on the .bmp issue:
