Where do I change the program I want my downloaded
photos to open in as the default program?

My photos are opening in a program and I chose
not to use.

Usually the picture editing program will have the option to associate image file types with that program. This would be one way to fix the problem.

You can also open Windows Explorer and navigate to a picture that is the file type you wish to open in a different program (ie: .jpg, .gif, etc). Right click the file and select Open With/Choose Program. Select the new program from the list or, if the program is not listed, select the Browse button and navigate to the programs executable file and select it. Once the program is selected, place a check mark in the "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" option and click OK. This should associate that file type with that program.
