Downloaing Videos and Photos

I downloaded my photos and videos from my I Phone 15 to my Computer. When I open them in Photo the videos come up as an Orange highway cone. How can I fix this?

That means that they are associated to open with VLC player.
Right click > Open with and choose whichever app you want to open them. Choose Always open with.
