Phone dialer popping up

How can I get rid of phone dialer popping up in win2000? Our kids'
game machine is not connected to internet and there is absolutely no
use for phone dialer. After starting the machine (about 10 mins) the
phone dialer window pops up and sometimes crashes the game that is on.

There is usually a dialerxxx.exe in C:\WINNT or C:\WINNT\system32. Maybe even in your Temp folders. It is being called from the run keys in the registry or from the Startup folders of a user. Check out http://www.google.com for Registry Run
