As microsoft has stated that Microsoft h.323 Telephony Service Provider in
Advanced tab of Phone And Modem Options is for specifying a network Gateway
address that applications are able to use it,so can i use Phone Dialer in
windows to call a telephone that i specified in this interface through
Gateway ? Also can i use it to enter a voip gateway address that has a
public ip address that is reachable by connecting to the internet and make
internet to phone calls?.Supposedly that the internet Gateway allows us make
calls through it freely how should we adjust phone dialer and TAPI to make
Internet to phone calls.Thank you
