Phantom emails

My email constantly try's to send a phantom email at least every 30 secs. I
downloaded outlookspy, but i am afraid it is way over my head. Is there
another way to remove this. People tell me it is a return receipt?

I would really appreciate someones help, as this is driving me nuts.

Since we can't access your PC, there's no way for us to state whether or not
it's a receipt. The best we can do is offer something like this:
