Here's the problem:
- I was sending some large files 7mg, 2mg, 4mg, 7mg and I decided it
was going to take too long and so I was going to shrink the PDF's. (I
have unlimited space)
- I cancelled the sending and then shut down outlook and then cleared
it from task manager.
- It almost appears as though something got stuck in sending out.
- When I went back in I was no longer able to send through this
account and got the smtp error unable to connect to server. I can
email through my outlook email account
- I asked Hassan to set up my email on his machine and test sending an
email out and he could.
- So we've narrowed it down to something on my machine that is not
operatingproperly and I don't believe it has to do with the server
since it works through hassans machine.
- I've deleted and recreated my email account a couple of times and
this doesn't have any effect.
- If I create a message to send through my corp account it says
Preparing to send/receive for about 15 seconds and then says sending
message 1 of 3...but there's only 1 email in there. The next time it
tries, it says Sending message 2 of 3...but never sends anything. From
then on, Sending 2 of 3 but doesn't send something. It's almost like
something is stuck in my corp send folder, but I can't find it.
I need roto rooter for my outbox.
Any ideas?
