People can't respond to my e-mails

Hi -- I send e-mails fine, but some recipients can't respond -- they say
their response bounces back. No one's able to give me a specific error
message. Any thoughts or advice?
 
Not much anyone can do without one of those bounce messages they get. Can
you have one of them send you a bounce message so you can post it here where
we can look at it?
