Can receive e-mails but cannot send any....

I have everything set up for my e-mails to get sent in from my AIM account
but when i go to send an e-mail this is what i get

Account: 'Windows Mail', Server: 'pop.aim.com', Protocol: POP3, Server
Response: '-ERR invalid command', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error:
0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18

Please, Please, Please help me. I'm trying to respond to an ad on craiglist.

That's not a send error, it is a receive error.
'Invalid command' in this case probably means you tried to use an option
that the server does not support.
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that mail account, Properties, Servers.
Make sure that "Log on using Secure Password Authentication" is not enabled.

It sounds like you normally use webmail. Why not use webmail to send your
reply to the Craigslist ad? All you need to do is copy and paste the email
address from the ad to the To box in a new webmail message.
