PC Keeps Hanging Constantly

can anyone help. This is driving me nuts. My PC keeps hanging. It follows no
particular pattern. What info should I post here to help with solving this?

Stewart, could be a flaky Power Supply. Try Motherboard Monitor. It will
give you a readout of the PSU's 3.3, 5 and 12v lines. They should not dip
below 10% of their values. You can get it here.
