pc keeps frezeing

I just reformated my i have windows xp pro since i got it
back i cannot stay on net long my screen freezes i did an
error report and it said my Dhcp, the Ip address lease
also i dowloaded pc doctor it says invalid application
path problems i have 2 of them also 1 shared microsoft
file is invalis can anyone tell me what to do to correct
this

Unfortunately, this is not enough information to get a good answer.
Since you say you just reformatted the drive and clean-installed
Windows, you may have hardware failures. Here are generic
troubleshooting steps for hardware: First open the computer and run it
open, observing all fans (overheating will cause freezing). Then do a
RAM test - I like Memtest86 from www.memtest86.com - and if necessary,
continue on to test the hard drive and motherboard. If you can't do
this yourself, take the machine to a good local computer shop (not a
CompUSA or Best Buy store).
