PC crash

Hi, I am a veteran of FS9 but now I am having a problem which surpasses my
capabilities.

As soon as the planes take off the PC crashes and reboots on its own. I then
get the message recovering from a problem and the following error:

BCCode : 19 BCP1 : 00000020 BCP2 : 84E78000 BCP3 : 84E78138
BCP4 : 0A270000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 768_1

I have no idea what it means and I have sent the message as requested by the
error message.

I have reinstalled the game but keeps crashing

Pls any ideas or help would be much appreciated

Diego, I don't think anyone on the Microsoft Access database software
technical support newsgroup will be able to help you with this
problem. There's a microsoft.public.flightsim newsgroup which would be
more appropriate. Good luck!
