What happen with my pc...

Lately My PC generated this error code after 'recovering' from a serious error when trying play a game 3D.

BCP4 : 00000000
OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0
Product : 256_1
It still crashes and recovers from the same error. Is it an OS error or
Software/Hardware.
