Pc Crash Blue Screen? Twice

Hi I purchased a new pc Imedia 1559-11/08/06-& Running windows XP.
I have in the last 2 weeks Crashed Blue screen apears etc,on turning back
on report serious error ,sent and I quote error report:From Microsoft-During
the crash analysis,we noticed the basic input/output (BIOS) system version on
this computer does not match the specifications for the processer that is
installed on your computer.Plus Im not an advanced troubleshooter.
??Any Advice-or as its a new pc should I contact supplier

Take the machine back to where you bought it for replacement or a
refund.
