PC bought with XP installed but it's in dutch

Hi, an english friend of mine has bought a PC in Holland
with XP already installed along with a Product Key thing
stuck on the PC itself but XP is only in Dutch. He doesn't
speak Dutch so would like to install XP
english/international version but doesn't really want to
spend another 100euros on another copy of XP.

What are his choices?

Unfortunately if an English version is preferred, a new XP CD (English) and
installation is required.

Greetings --

You cannot upgrade or convert from one language version of the OS
to another:

Cannot Upgrade or Install a Different Language Version of Windows XP

Which leaves your friend two choices: he'll either have to
purchase and use the full version of English WinXP to perform a clean
installation, or he'll have to learn Dutch.
