Name is "WinAudit"--A very useful and interesting program. Gives you
everything that you will ever need to know about your computer and the
software installed on it. Got led to it by someone in another NG. No
installation--just click of the file and it's off and running.

I downloading right now but just a little warning, The server which
hosts the downloads of WinAudit doesn't has resume support.
