Past Webpage History

A funny story.... my son came to me the other day and explained that he had
visited some online sex sites. Needless to say I was dissapointed however he
made me promise not to tell his mother. However in order to maintain this
secret I went in to "internet options" under "tools" to try and delete
webpage history. After doing that however I noticed that although several of
the pages that were in our history had been deleted the ones that I was
trying to get rid of still remained. When I type the first letter of the site
my son visited it still shows the webpage in the address bar. I was wondering
how I could remove all websites from our histroy?
