Laptop Forgets Visited Webpages

Hi,
I have a Dell laptop that i am having a problem with. The laptop works
perfect online and everything is ok in that respect, however when i shut down
IE or the laptop itself and turn it back on it does not remember the webpages
i have visited previoulsy.

For example if i close IE just now it will not remember the
www.microsoft.com webpage visited. It is like the history clears itself. Is
there any way to remove this to remember the pages i have visited?

Any help is greatly appreciatted. Thanks in advance.

might try clicking on tools in ie
then options,

then uncheck "clear" browsing
history on exit.

Hi,
Click On Tools >> select Internet Options.
On the Internet Properties Under General Tab make sure this check box under
browsing History Not checked@
[ ] Delete browsing history on Exit.

then Click on the Setting Button near this Option and on the Temp Internet
Files and History Settings make sure the days to keep the history more than
30 days under history at the bottom window:

Days to keep pages in history: [ 60 ^]
click [OK]
Then click On the Content Tab and click on Settings opposite AutoComplete.
On the AutoComplete Settings windows please select this check box:
Use AutoComplete or:
[ ] Address bar < check this box
[ ] Browsing History < check this box.

you can use the autocomplete as you like but this for the history of urls
and pages you visited or you will visit to be remembered!
